Good Sanitary Practices Charter
Together, let's take the right steps to prevent the spread of Covid-19
Montfrin, May 10, 2020
After 8 weeks of confinement, the Prieuré Notre-Dame will welcome you again from May 11, 2020.
We hope this message finds you all in good health, as well as your loved ones.
The national tourist authorities, as well as the 'Reference guesthouse' and Label Vélo network with which we are classified, have established a list of good health practices that we undertake to respect.
At the Prieuré Notre-Dame, we have adapted our organization in order to receive you in compliance with these recommendations, without losing sight of your comfort and well-being, and while keeping the warmth of our welcome to the maximum.
Spaces and Distancing
Our large house makes it possible to respect social distancing, both by the configuration of fully adaptable tables, indoors or outdoors if time permits, and by the many common spaces available (several separate lounge spaces:indoor, outdoor, solarium). This allows us to keep as much user-friendliness as possible while respecting distances.
Breakfasts and Meals
For meals by reservation, the large table of friendly hosts to which we were so attached will be compromised, in favor of separate tables more intimate. As always, we use products from local production for both breakfasts and meals, in a very limited area around the Notre-Dame Priory.
Maintenance of common areas, linen and rooms
We are implementing a reinforced protocol for regular cleaning and disinfection of all the common elements. The linen is maintained by a professional service provider that meets all regulatory and health requirements.
Of course, we will make disinfectant gel available in the common areas.
For stays of several nights, we will only provide daily room cleaning on request, ensuring that no one will enter your room without your consent. The towels will of course be changed according to house rules.
Our swimming pool is filtration and continuous treatment with chlorine, which corresponds to the treatment standards known to date. Deckchairs and other garden furniture will also have their regular cleaning reinforced.
The various brochures and tourist information, usually self-service, will be given to you on request or possibly in digital form.
Arrivals and movement of people
For the summer of 2020, we have decided for practical hygiene measures, and in order to limit the total number of guests at the Prieuré Notre-Dame, not to add extra beds in our double rooms. Thus the maximum capacity of each room will be 2 people or 4 people for the Monteynard suite.
We will ask our guests to confirm their arrival time at least the day before, to avoid the simultaneous arrival of too many people.
During your stay, we will be present and listening to you, and as always happy to receive you with us.But we will keep to the maximum in our private spaces, distinct from the common spaces, allowing each of our guests to find their own space in our large house.
To conclude, we try to think of all the details that will allow us to receive you with maximum peace of mind, in order to make the most of your stay in Occitania. Do not hesitate to send us your suggestions or comments, and
See you soon! Isabelle and Didier

The Camarguaise race is a sporting, cultural practice, designed to highlight the combativeness and intelligence of the Camargue bull, called "biòu".
In the arenas, located in the heart of each village, men, dressed in white, raseteurs, helped by turners, will try to graze, to shave the biòu to the nearest, in order to get the fixed attributes such as the cockade, strings or acorns.
A sport of skill, where the biôu is the star because it will not stop pushing men out of the circle of arenas. The public celebrates its bravery, its vitality. He salutes the exploits of the greatest biôu, called "cocardiers", knows the name of each one of them and accompanies them throughout their career and even until their retirement in the meadows of the manadiers (breeders).
